For my very first nail art tutorial, I'm going to show you a simple Polka Dot Tutorial you can do on any length of nail, of course the longer the nail the more polka dots you can do.

For the longest time I had really short nails, I admit I used to be a bitter, so I never really painted my nails. For the last year my short nails have been growing and I am so happy to finally be able to buy nail polish and paint my nails. My nails are not long by any standards, but they are mine and I LOVE them!!
