My Favorite Wedding Day Photos

I normally don't talk about the things going on in my life on the blog. But this past May 18th, I finally married my best friend. It was a simple ceremony with just the kids and our moms. My dress wasn't the normal white/ivory/creme that most brides wear. But here are a few of my favorite wedding day photos taken by a close friend of ours.

We have been together for almost 7 years and decided in March that we were going to get married before the summer started. I had a heck of a time getting everything together, but once I had the dress I knew that the really hard part was over!! I knew walking into the dress place that I didn't want anything white (I've been married once before) and anything I was wearing had to be light and airy as we were having the ceremony outside. I fell in love with the dress the moment I put it on! I loved the simplicity of our vows and the setting couldn't have been better!





One of the challenges in the Blogathon is to create a photo collage using Pic Monkey. This is the coolest program and now that I have found it, I will definitely be using it more!
