My Journey part 5.. Update

Here we are on Week 3 of my new diet. I have had tons more energy, and gotten so much done around the house. I finally quieted that little "must eat breakfast" voice in my head and have only broken the fast 1 time ( but it was an approved smoothie).

 I honestly feel so much better! I love the ease of using the meal plans provided in the book, and I only make a few substitutions due to not eating pork and red meat.
