I have now been on this diet/program for a month. I've lost a total of 25 lbs, 3 pants sizes and have so much more energy than I did 4 weeks ago. (results may vary)I love being able to get up in the morning and not still be tired. The kids and i are doing so many more activities around the yard, getting ready to plant a garden and honestly, I wouldn't have been able to do any of that if it wasn't for this book and diet. I still have 3 1/2 weeks before I see my doctor, but I know he will be happy with the progress I have made so far. I just can't wait to see what all my levels are!

“Going without breakfast is part of intermittent fasting (IF), also called time-restricted feeding (TRF). IF is a pattern of food consumption that cycles between fasting and eating in specific time periods. There are various ways to do it; one of the most common is the 16/8 protocol, which involves 16 hours of fasting—typically done overnight—with an 8-hour window in which to eat each day.”

I have really benefited from IF, I couldn't do the whole 16 hours when I first started out, but 4 weeks in and I am killing it! It has been so easy to transition to drinking one of the 3- Minute Fat-Burning Morning Ritual Drinks. I do switch it up with the drinks every few days, just so that I don't get bored with one. And the meal plans and food lists have made shopping so much easier.  I pretty much use a rotating monthly menu based on the previous meal plans. It makes planning out my meals so much easier, and my kids love most of them; so i'm not making 3 or 4 different meals each night.

The Always Eat After 7 PM plan consists of: The 14-day Acceleration Phase to kick-start the program and see rapid results, The Main Phase where you’ll learn exactly which foods to eat when in order to achieve your weight-loss goals, The Lifestyle Phase to keep the weight off for good

Right now I am in the Main Phase and I will be until I reach my goal, but the book covers the Lifestyle Phase and also includes meal plans for it. So I know that this will be an easy diet for me to keep up. I am so thrilled with my progress and i can't wait to update you all after my appointment in July!
